Komen Aspen’s Pink Tie Party, a 20th Anniversary Event on July 10 at the Hotel Jerome in Aspen. A sizzling summer soiree honoring Affiliate Founder Sandy Israel and the women and men committed to fighting breast cancer in the Roaring Fork and Vail Valleys. Starring National Singing sensation Candy Coburn and her hot new hit “Pink Warrior”, and featuring L.A.s hilarious Pink Ribbon Comedy Tour, with dance music by Aspen’s Slightly White. Komen Aspen’s 20th Annual Race for the Cure® fights breast cancer on July 17th at 8:30am in Rio Grande Park in Aspen. Race Day includes a 5K Run, Family Fun Walk, Dog Walk and silent auction. Race for the Cure is sponsored by Yoplait Yogurt. Join survivors from throughout the Roaring Fork and Vail Valleys at the Tough Enough to Wear Pink Rodeo on July 15th at 5:30pm in Carbondale.
